I have had an interest in the field of Home Staging since arriving in the Prince Edward County area 10 years ago. Prince Edward County and the entire Quinte area are bustling hot spots for vacationers and those wishing to move here in order to slow down from the city life. Needless to say these areas have a constant real estate turnover. This is where I come in .... I want to help you sell your home in the fastest amount of time and help you get you the best price. If possible, even before you list your home for sale, we will meet with you and perform an evaluation of your home, making note of repairs and upgrades that will make your home even more appealing to potential buyers. During our consultation, we will recommend upgrades, repairs, wall paint colors, décor and more, and leave you with a detailed list of suggestions to prepare your property for sale. After our consultation, if requested, we can return to stage your home, with a focus on rearranging existing furniture and utilizing your own décor accessories. We will recommend and add additional furniture, art and accessories as needed to complement the staging and appeal to the target buyer. We can design with flare without breaking the bank.
Colour Consultation

Whether you are looking to refresh your home or make it ready for sale, we can provide you with our Colour Consultation for painting your home, choosing the right colours for your walls, molding, trims and ceilings. We want your home to shine above all the others.
A colour consultation is an inexpensive and smart way to prepare your home for sale.
Professional Home Staging

Our professional Home Staging service is designed specifically for your home. We work to maintain your budget by utilizing existing pieces of furniture and decor where ever possible, and if required we will bring in new furniture, wall art, area rugs, table lamps, accent furniture and decoration items to create that 'wow factor' first impression and appeal to a larger number of potential buyers, helping you sell faster and achieve the best possible sale price.
Redesign Service
$150.00 and up
Interior redesign (aka interior arrangement or one-day decorating) is a close relative of interior design. Instead of creating an entirely new decorating scheme with new furnishings and accessories, as a designer does, an interior redesigner works with whatever the homeowner already owns--including items purloined from other rooms in the home--and rearranges it to give a room an entirely new look. The result is a designer look without the designer price tag.
